Trisha is an amazing coach in every respect. She is a life coach, fitness coach, functional nutrition coach and marriage coach. As you can see, she wears many hats and she wears them all so well. She is very educated and has had so much training, and believe me, she implements it all. It’s amazing! 

I first came to Trisha for help with weight loss and fitness, but it has turned out to be so much more than that -- she has helped me with my marriage, relationships, changing bad habits, and just generally becoming a more well rounded, better and happier person. She is such a wonderful, warm, caring person, and I love her positive energy! It is so contagious. She always gives me so much hope that things can change and get better, and more than that, she has the tools to get there. My life is complicated like many are and I always wonder how she is going to help me get through my next major struggle or issue. It is impressive what she comes up with and how effective it is. 

She is helping me break lifelong ingrained patterns that have kept me stuck in self-defeating cycles for decades. She has such interesting, creative, and fun ideas for implementing helpful changes -- certainly not the standard methods you'd find anywhere else.

I have had years of counseling and I have never had the kind of results that Trisha has given me. She always talks about how we are on the same team, and I have so much value. My confidence has absolutely soared over the last year and a half because of these incredible tools. Some of these tools are simple and some are not, but each tool is imperative and they fit so beautifully together.

She is always ready to help at any degree. She gives way more of herself than required to make sure that her clients are taken care of. I can't say enough great things about Trisha, other than, I always look so forward to our sessions and what great and new things I get to learn. It has been such a privilege to work with her. I promise you will be so blessed as I have.
